Bullshit and Intertops knows it..still they lie

In transferring players from one table to another to keep tables balanced, we try to be "as fair as possible" to players to maintain the same distance from the blind after the transfer.

this is a boldface lie and they know it...ive proven it to them over and over.there is a bug in their software (i guess) because party pokers does not do it the same way they do...they move you according to your present seat and the seat your going to with ABSOLUTELY no regard as to where the button is on either table...i have myself posted both blinds on 3 different tables in the span of 10 hands..just last night i was at a table with only 16 or so players left..8 to a table. with 3 hands to the BB i was moved to the other table where i posted both blinds on the first 2 hands..1 hand later i was moved back to the very same seat i had just left just in time to post both blinds again.....this happens over and over every tourny.....YET.

THEY REFUSE TO LOOK INTO OTHER BUGS SUCH AS YOU BEING DISCONNECTED IF THE SEAT BEFORE YOU TIMES OUT, BEING DISCONNECTED ON THE 1ST HAND OF AT LEAST 80% OF EVERY TOURNY ANDBEING DISCONNECTED AT THE BREAK PROBABLY 70% OF THE TIME...

OOOOOOO AND "LIVE CHAT".....WHAT A JOKE, HAS NEVER WORKED EVEN ONE DAY SINCE THE POKER ROOM WENT ONLINE....AND THEY NEVER ANSWER EMAILS ADDRESSED TO THE ADDY THEY ADVERTISE FOR POKER HELP......NEVER!

THEY COULD HAVE THE FASTEST GROWING POKER ROOM ON THE NET YET ITS DIEING....Y??????? BECAUSE THEY JUST PLAIN DON'T GIVE A RATS ASS ABOUT IT...FRICKIN MORONS:finger: :finger:

I have been moved like that in live tourneys too, it happens.

the thing is.....you are supposed to get moved into the worst possible position on the other table when ONLY you get moved from your table (usually you are in the BB)

i have seen that pattern on pstars and have no problem with it or party....

now if the whole table gets moved then you dont know what you will get.

General always appreciate your efforts. the complaints are clearly layed out here however. i have talked to them by phone many times, email discussions with cust service by the handfuls..their response is "you are wrong". When clearly showed that i am not wrong by hand histories etc their response is..end of conversation or suddenly they don't understand what i'm talking about.

The problem is to be quite frank, they have no poker cust. service, all they do is forward complaints to party poker and wait for a response...and they assume that since they use PP software that if their were any problems PP would be taking care of it on their end. their software however is not a "clone" of PP...in fact as far as tourny play goes there are quite a few differences, but again they either don't care or have noone there experienced enough to understand what problems the problems cause and therefore dismiss the complaints as losers whining.

The only thing at this point id like to see them do is change the wording of the rule i posted to read that table moves are totally random, not done on a "fairness" basis and that players just have to live with it..which is the exact case as it stands today. the errors have so far never cost me a tourny there but have cost me a few positions at least.

as far as the "live chat" not ever working, no response to the poker emails and the constant disconnections, good luck on getting a response to these things because as i said i dont think they give a flying:hump:

and also as far as working with a mediator such as yourself to solve these problems knowing intertops as i do having been there since 96 i feel this would only serve to get me banned from their site...they've already banned me for a year once before. the only reason i care at all is i like the site and play poker there with a group of oldtimers, we play mostly to be playing with each other but we still see the potential the site has if intertops wanted to put any effort into it at all....i mean really what other site has a 10,000 freeroll tourny and despite leaving the registrations open for 3 weeks gets only 1500 entries??? my main point in making this post was to let the members here know not to expect any cust service if they should play there and if their complaints should reach any ears they will be deaf ears....as always general we appreciate your work on the behalf of players. thanx again:toast:
